Middle House clientele tend to be different from Bulgari. Granted both may have early 20's with parents' lambo but less of those at MH . But if you're not tired of the view of the Bund, Bulgari has the better view.
Bulgari does have lovely F&B. Not saying Middle House doesn't, I have not been, but can confirm that the Bulgari's is genuinely top-notch.
