I would also confer with your Antarctic tour supplier and ask if there is a minimum they require for insurance. Some tour providers require say, 750,000$ in evacuation/repatriation for example (I'm just throwing out a number). So you should check to make sure that anything you buy is over and above the minimum requirement!
