I believe the Netherlands has taken an approach like the US, in that there is a 10 day window that you can’t have been in a “very high risk” area preceding arrival.
The agent there said they go by where you flew in from. The rules as published actually dont make a lot of sense. (It's contradicting itself within published rules)
