I just spoke to agent at front desk. She showed me the floor plans. She said both Napili and Lahaina towers are essentially the same, but with different views at the ends.

For Napili tower, room x31 (stairs) and x33 are separate, but can be connected together. x33 is the oceanfront suite since it is the closest to the ocean. Suite x34 is considered ocean view suite since it is not right at the ocean front. Each floor has one ocean front suite and one ocean view suite.

For Lahaina tower, suite x79 is configured as a Deluxe oceanfront suite. Suite x80 is the ocean view suite since it is not right at the ocean front. So each floor has one Deluxe oceanfront suite and one ocean view suite.

But a lot of the rooms can be connected and changed to new configuration.
