I found an issue. I forwarded a confirmation email which clearly displayed the pricing in CAD, but it was entered into the system as USD. Today I got an email notification telling me there's a lower rate, I clicked on it and while the rate is lower, it's in USD. When converted to CAD, it's actually more expensive.
Thanks for letting us know. It was simple human error here. I've corrected the issue. We'll be in touch again if we find a lower rate.
