DBV passport control was easy and they did not look at vaccine card. Make sure you per-register with Croatian gov't a few days before your trip. You will receive an email confirmation that you have registered. They link this registration to your passport so make sure you do that or you will have issues getting into Croatia.

At no point in the process did anyone (Delta, DBV passport control) ask for proof of paid accommodation. But you never know... Always good to have a print out of your accommodation. Generally any foreign country can require you to show proof of hotel/airbnb and enough cash/money for your trip. Prepare for it all and be happy if you are not asked for it.
I flew the route in mid July. No one asked about our paid accommodations. No one at Delta looked at our vaccine card before we boarded our plane. Upon arrival in DBV, they did briefly glance at our vaccine cards. The arrival process at DBV was crazy fast. Less than 10 minutes after the plane door opened, we were waiting on the curb for our taxi.
