You can end the isolation if the do a day 5 test and the result is negative. In theory you cannot do a day 5 test until the day 2 result is received. A failure of the test company to perform in this case is a serious inconvenience.
I am fully vaccinated, I was just reading the Day 2 test rules, I just re-read them and I think I get it now, as you said it says "Quarantine IF your day 2 test is positive", thanks for helping me to learn to read
