And that's a pretty narrow list.
My favorite is how, whenever I email, the response inevitably refers to an upcoming stay, and asks "will you be celebrating a special occasion." As if that's the
only reason they would ever contact the property and ensure I'm treated decently. Perhaps Marriott should amend the T&C to state that Ambassador benefits only apply if you're "celebrating a special occasion."
