Was not prompted to upload results for my BOS-YYZ return flight yesterday. Showed the PCR test and vaccine proof at the gate (still not sure why they asked for that and not the ArriveCAN receipt).
I'd go with "There should be a remark on the PNR that says I've already been approved"
But if it's how my experience was, they're just looking at paper and aren't standing at a terminal where they can look anything up.
