Hi, all, I did a quick forum search but did not find an answer to this question:
When cancelling a single night reservation made with a Chase WoH FNA, am I required to call in to get the FNA certificate redeposited in the account? The reservation page indicates that any modifications have to be done by phone but there is a link just to cancel it. I’m more familiar with Marriott’s reservation system, which allows a reservation to be changed online from a cert to points and the cert is (usually) redeposited automatically, or canceling the res and then having to call to have them redeposit the cert.
Should just go back to your account after a self-cancel...Hyatt IT generally works well, unlike the never-ending Marriott IT dumpster fire
