Unable to access Adv Passenger Info
Hi,
Booked a reward flight for MEX-DFW-MEX. Speaking to BA on twitter and they said I hadn't input any API on the booking, but it shows both passengers at green tick. They asked for my passport number etc and input this for me, but when I tried to edit the info on the booking, it tells me the passport number I am using to pass security check in the system is wrong, so won't let me view the API. I contacted twitter team again and they say my info is not showing on the booking at all.
Any wisdom on this?
