It's interesting you say that. The fallback for many of our clients is webex. But since we have to use XenApp or a Citrix VDI for many of them, my teammates and I have to dial in on top of joining the webex session as the audio doesn't seem to carry over the Citrix connection. We haven't tried Teams over Citrix (yet) but good to know we might have to dial in on that as well.
