Right, I get that. My question though was how to complete the reservation (manually) once I do have the required points needed. There is a way to lock it in once I have those points yes?
Once you have points, go back into the reservation and there should be a button for something in the line of a redeem to attach certificate. It has been a while since I’ve done it so other can chime in. I would do it manually whether online or by phone and not rely on Marriott system to do it automatically.
