Yes, one of my lines from November received all the back credits for 5 months on the last bill. I had to call trade in support which couldn’t explain why the credits were never applied. They trade in rep told me to speak in person with the store in north Georgia but I live in north Texas. I don’t the hiccup which caused the delay but it was eventually resolved after 5 bill cycles. All my other lines received credits on the 2nd bill cycle.
I tried AT&T customer service (45 minutes to get nowhere), but trade-in line could be a better bet.
Anyone have luck getting this resolved with an in-store rep?
