It doesn't matter what account you book the trip from, as long as your PLT number is in the reservation then you get the benefits.
If you're thinking about putting the flight on hold first, it also doesn't matter what account you put the flight on hold with; The miles will be deducted from whatever account you're logged into when you click to ticket it.
