DL metal JFK-CDG has been operating reliably since the restart in summer 2020 and has never been cancelled due to loads. In fact, it is one of the better performing TATL flights out of JFK right now, often with over 100+ pax especially on weekends; it even has better loads right now than JFK-AMS.

Here are the JFK TATL flights now:

JFK-AMS: operating consistently since restarting June 2020 though has had some frequency reductions this past winter when the Dutch authorities implemented very stringent testing requirements (which have now been lifted) even for transit pax.
JFK-CDG: operating consistently since restarting summer 2020; has higher loads due to the CDG connectivity (especially to African destinations)
JFK-LHR: operating consistently despite very low pax loads (all the UK restrictions); the VS flights have been the ones being cancelled.
JFK-TLV: operating consistently since restarting in 2020 except during periods when Israel banned all pax flights into the country earlier this year.
JFK-DSS and ACC: operating consistently since restart in 2020 and has seen frequency increases and equipment upgauges during the pandemic.
JFK-MXP: restarted last summer but stopped in November with the second wave, though cargo kept running. Restarted March 2021; frequency increases in April and May; unlikely to be cancelled especially now that it's an official "Covid-tested" flight.
JFK-FCO: restarted March 2021; unlikely to be cancelled especially now that it's an official "Covid-tested" flight.
JFK-MAD: restarted April 2021 after a delay from an original March restart; has been operating as all-cargo since 2020.
JFK-DUB: restarted April 2021 after a delay from an original March restart; has been operating as all-cargo since 2020.

Still planned to restart May 2021:
JFK-KEF

Adjustments this past weekend: the following have been pushed back for a June 5 restart (originally had a May 2 restart):
JFK-FRA
JFK-ZRH
JFK-BRU
JFK-ATH
JFK-BCN
JFK-LIS

Previously pushed back JFK routes (now also planned to restart June 5):
JFK-NCE
JFK-VCE
JFK-EDI

You can see the priorities above. From the planned restarts, if they further push the schedules out, NCE/VCE/EDI will likely be lower priority than FRA/ZRH/BRU/BCN/ATH/LIS.
