Looking at Cape Fahn now and you're right, the Hyatt rate is literally 3x the direct rate and not sure 20k points makes sense when the same room can be had for 9k THB direct through the property (vs. nearly 30,000 through Hyatt).
In any event, how many nights would be appropriate here? Did you start to feel trapped?
