The flight I switched to had less than 50 people so it was a good trade. I do hope that customer service continues to provide load information when we call in to ask, even if it means paying more to switch to a less full flight on short notice.

My last 2 calls to Southwest have been top notch in terms of customer service and willingness to accommodate such changes.
