Hey all, I was just wondering what your experiences were with regards to vouchers? My understanding is that they tell you it'll take 2 weeks - but has anyone received theirs earlier?

I did request an voucher refund for a partly used ticket, little bit more than 2 weeks ago and its still pending. I called QR yesterday and they did send a reminder to the "concerned" department .....
