Further, several travel agent friends have noted that the update as I quoted was being widely distributed as of last Friday, 3/19/21. So, based on these I believe the information may have changed from last December. Finally, to wit, I contacted one of my hotels and they quoted the same information as I want to make sure I am properly armed with documentation on entry. Now, or course, these rules are of this week. As you note, requirements may change further by June depending on the virus situation at that time.
