If you go to Dubrovnik, I would highly recommend the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik. Nice hotel and excellent location right on the doorstep of old town. The central location is perfect for seeing the city/ GoT sites. Decent diamond treatment. I've received upgrades off season, but not in peak season due to full occupancy. With Covid, who knows... Sheraton is out of town and would be better for relaxation. For restaurants, we've enjoyed Konoba Jezuite at the top of the stairs for Cersei's walk of shame.
