Scotland has just announced a modest speed up of this.

2 April: "Stay at home" changes to "Stay local"

5 April: School contact sports allowed, click and collect restrictions eased, hairdressers/barbers can open, as can garden centres

26 April: modified Level 3 for the mainland, Level 2 for islands with low cases, travel restrictions lifted inside Scotland (presumably that is the modification of Level 3)
Tourism is allowed in terms of hotels, accommodation, museums, art galleries. Indoor gyms can re-open and all remaining retail. Outdoor hospitality including pubs and including alcohol, limited indoor hospitality (e.g. no alcohol).

17 May: National move to Level 2, which will allow adult contact sports, indoor gym classes, cinemas to reopen.

Early June: Level 1 nationally, late June Level 0 (very few restrictions).

International travel: not before 17 May and could be after that too, no commitment made. Ditto for indoor group meetings such as choirs.
