Wales level 4 lockdown rule changes

From 13 March
Stay at home > Stay local
4 people from 2 households (excluding under 11s) can meet outdoors
Outdoor sports courts, including golf courses can reopen
Indoor care home visits by a single designated visitor

From 15 March
All primary pupils and those in qualifications years return to school
Hairdressers and barbers can re-open

From 22 March
Shops which are currently open can sell non-essential items
Garden centres can re-open

From 27 March
Stay local to end
Self-contained holiday accommodation can open for people from within Wales only
(No booking to be accepted from England since no holidays or overnight stays are permitted until 12 April)

From 12 April
All shops, including close contact services, re-open (the same date as in England)
All learners return to school after the Easter break

No imminent reopening plans for the hospitality sector, including pubs, restaurants and cafes.
