the 7 day quarantine is theoretical and unenforceable. Real quarantine was ruled illegal by the French Supreme Court back in May so the gov has come up with this “sworn statement” that is designed to scare people.
I’ve gone back and forth multiple times over the past months I’ve never even been asked to hand over my sworn statement much less been visited or called by anyone.
