A friend of mine did it 2 weeks ago. Returning snowbird. $300 US to anyehere in the GTA. Commercial driver exempt from any Canada regulations. I assume he drives right back to USA. Found him online. Less than a minute at the border. Showed passport and -ve covid test taken in Florida and that was it.
