In all fairness, their rates are often half of the Regency's. It's a crappy hotel, but is adequate for a layover or if a flight gets cancelled. But yes, I think I got my second Brand Explorer award here
Very fair - seems like that differential has narrowed during pandemic times though. And it does seem to be the #1 Choice In The US for Hyatt Brand Explorer!
I bet it is sold / de-flagged or re-flagged within a year...will see.
