Best in the industry? That's a pretty strong claim. I saw a demonstration of Virgin's Upperclass suite the other day at a trade show. And though I guess it's not a competitor from the USA to BKK or NRT, it is a business class product. Rather than the seat reclining into a bed, it comes down forward leaving a truly flat, parallel-to-the-ground bed with sheets and everything. And when it's up, there's a place for somebody to sit and chat with you. Plus there's a bar on board. Very cool. Virgin also provides a complimentary car service at both ends of the trip.

Now if only I could afford to fly in BizClass....
