they should force ISM to wear bluetooth tracker to monitor his/her location across cabin
statistically analyze across all ISMs and challenge those who are alwaya stuck in F cabins
i dont see why ISM thats general-armchairing at F cabin shud be rewarded same way as those who serve all cabin classes
