targeted promotion, so it's not clear if anyone else reading here got that promotion. I didn't get this promotion.
I had plenty of Choice stays charged to this card in October -- since the stay 2 earn 8000 promo was running that whole month, and I had to travel for work -- did you? I presume this promo only went out to people whose spending on this card had stopped during the Covid era, and maybe not even all of those?
Barclays spend promos are always targeted.
