Yes, but not due to Covid when Accor just take advantage of the situation and doesn`t honor what is earned (my points are all for stays, not a free bonus). Among all hotel loyalty programs, ALL has 12 months expiration while a standard is 24 months if no activity, not just a restricted stay activity as with ALL.
ok so if you cant organise a stay within 12 months as goldorak suggested , you can either transfer to a partner , give to charity or let them expire, meanwhile you can contact the support and ask for an extension , but if its not in their policies then they will probably say no
