2021 selection should be available on Feb 01 - not seeing anything for 2021 yet
Just checked and looks like they pulled the trigger a few hours early, it's now showing as available for me to select (trying to apply RUCs for a potential Hawaii trip that falls outside my 2019/2020 RUCs unfortunately).
