You might want to check your reservation. I had recently booked a night on Oct.16th for a $269 CDN 'Welcome Package' rate, (which by the way included triple SPG points + cocktails and gift) but had to cancel. When I went on SPG.com to cancel, I noticed my rate had changed to $329. I had to bring up my e-mail confirmation just to verify I did book it at $269. Right after, I checked my April booking for the W and saw my rate was again changed, this time from $319CDN to $649USD. Not sure what's going on, but I'll deal with this later.
