I think this is just a lack of basic knowledge of the OP's Chromebook and where the files are located so they can be attached to an email.
The OP needs to find where his downloaded files/files folders are and look in there until they are found. Others with Chromebooks may be able to assist but this is not an Air Canada problem, just knowing the file system on your computer problem.
