Will CX stop flying because of crew quarantine?

There is serious talks of systematic 14-day quarantine of all arriving crew.
If so, it is likely that CX will stop flying.
Foreign airlines are less affected as they manage that their crew do not touch HK soil. Easy for regional flights originating away. For longhauls they already, they either have two crews onboard, or make a stopover in BKK or ICN.

Under a somewhat different measure (pre-departure rapid test before boarding any flight to AMS) by the Dutch government, KLM has threatened to stop all longhaul flights:
