Yes vietnam has set aside their discussion of resuming commercial services until the summer at least. Only repatriation flights and those would be subjected to 24 days quarantine. I doubt there will be any commercial flight arriving in vietnam until q4 this year.
I suppose it's entirely possible, but is
CX 799 just operating cargo/repatriation flights only? Obviously with the restrictions to enter VN I'm sure loads are very light and limited to mostly those returning home, but CX is still operating this flight very regularly.
