attempted a spicy fish & tofu stew (with white rice) for my luncheon but I need to get true dried red hot peppers. It was good but I feel zero spice and effects despite the tsp of szechuan peppercorns, which just might not be effective peppercorns as I bought them at a farmers market and not a supermarket.
Theo’s brand 71% dark chocolate with almond (1/3 bar)

Of course that's a little window into the culture, since I spent most of my childhood years living in Wisconsin.
Maybe I should consider... do you use beef hot dogs or other brands/types of beef sausage?
i used to go to Appleton / Ft Atkinson a lot in WI plus lake Geneva and Hayward. Where in WI did you live? I love visiting that state.

Those are passion fruit, yes? I sort of forgot, as I last saw one at a Taipei buffet in 2001, then on TV I saw Mr Pussy eating one during his supper with Charlotte York.
