"Platinum Plus" members is member type I think you're referring to.
My understanding is that the room was for first-class (paid F) MH# pax, and if there are none, then fallback to Platinum Plus Enrich members.
Frankly, the space is nothing special. Better food and service in the J lounge. Kind of makes you wonder how many high-value customers they're turning off by providing such a space without consideration to making it chill-out room that's better than the F side.
There is a similar private room in the main-terminal lounge.
Of course none of this matters since flying MH isn't a thing anymore.
