I'm coming from the Air Canada program where you are granted upgrade instruments (eUpgrade credits) in January based on the level you reached the previous year -- unless you went from non-status to status before ~Oct 15th in which case they'd give you eUpgrade credits right away for that year's program as well as a new batch in January of the following year. Based on that experience, I was surprised to see that I received PlusPoints right away in December. Thanks again!
