Unless a mistake is made, you can only receive one night credit for the same night, no matter how many hotels you stay in that night. The day rate if it received night credit (sometime they do sometimes they don't) would be for the night the evening of your check in for the day rate.
For example, you have a day rate for 10DEC you then check in for a three night stay checking in the evening of 10 DEC, checking out 13DEC, 3 night credits.
