Overlocked Stays?
I had a day stay at a Hilton property. I then checked out and moved to another Hilton property for a 3 night stay.
I've now had many issues trying to get my points / night credits to post / getting billed correctly.
8 calls later, everything is sorted except I'm now told I won't receive an elite night credit for my day stay as it 'overlocks' into the first night of my 3 night stay. Is this correct?
(I only booked the day stay to trigger my 40 night 10k bonus).
