The only F routes that operate without any quarantine for pax arriving from the UK are: ( list includes destinations that accept a negative COVID test instead of quarantine ) Mexico City, Cape Town, Santiago de Chile, Sao Paulo, Seychelles, Johannesburg, Barbados, Nairobi, Dubai, Bahrain, Abuja, Kuwait. ( Most of them are not daily and I assume that most of these routes are not having full First Class cabins these days ). Some of them also require self-isolation upon arrival in the UK for non-essential travelers. [ List indicates destinations that have First within January 2021 operations ]
I’m not sure what days it’s going to be open or when but currently they are turning people away from the CCT hence the CCR opening with anticipated additional travellers for Christmas.

An airside exemption will not stop it from closing due to London entering tier 3
