Until the USA opens their borders for foreigners and lifts the Presidential Proclamation for UK departures and the Asian countries like Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, etc... open their borders to people from the UK without a 14-day quarantine, it's highly unlikely for the CCR to open. However, the CCT would most likely remain open.

The only F routes that operate without any quarantine for pax arriving from the UK are: ( list includes destinations that accept a negative COVID test instead of quarantine ) Mexico City, Cape Town, Santiago de Chile, Sao Paulo, Seychelles, Johannesburg, Barbados, Nairobi, Dubai, Bahrain, Abuja, Kuwait. ( Most of them are not daily and I assume that most of these routes are not having full First Class cabins these days ). Some of them also require self-isolation upon arrival in the UK for non-essential travelers. [ List indicates destinations that have First within January 2021 operations ]
