In the past, airport transfer has always been included into the Club benefits. No indication that it would change so far and IIRC it is still listed as a Club benefit.
As far as the two villas go, the Jivana one is more modern(ish) in styling versus the Imperial one which is more traditional Balinese. iIRC the Imperial one is on right side of resort (if you are facing the beach) while Jivana is next to the Club pool.
Ultimately either one would be quite nice. Enjoy if you are going.
