May I just add that this "eventful adventure" has been brought to the attention of a very high Accor North America Senior Executive who is now seeking to apply corrective action so that we do not have to suffer the same fate again.
Well I have an extra, posted, charge on one of my cards that I have to hope they will eventually refund. I will have to pay it in the meantime I guess. And before anyone says to dispute it, they emailed me the extra gift cards so I can’t say I didn’t receive the product. I just didn’t want double, never mind triple, the amount I purchased.
