I just changed my flights from December 1 (Bud-HNL), Dec 5 (HNL-JFK) and April 15 (JFK-BUD) to dates in June 2021 and September 2021 with DL on phone.
It took a while on the phone and once she came back saying it had to be done by March 2021 or fare difference would apply. She went back and checked with someone else and then the magic happened. Thanks to you, I was equipped with the fare rules and Bulletin 6. And now it's been rebooked.
