DL published some data on award redemptions a few years back (unfortunately, I can no longer find it) and I believe that the percentage of redemptions for domestic coach was somewhere in the mid-80's. I don't recall any data published for things like PWM (and this was before the FCM mileage upgrade offers were available). I don't doubt there are HVC's that use their miles mostly or exclusively for international J (where most of the deval has taken place), but the percentage is likely quite a bit lower than many FTer's assume.
