Our National rep indicated in an email the recent addition of mileage limits to premium/minivan reservations.
Limit is 150 miles per day and $0.25 per mile above that.
This apparently applies to all reservations of premium vehicles. Reserve midsize and take a premium from the aisle, no issue. Book premium, mileage limit applies.
