I remember flying BOM-ZRH in January 2000 on an MD11 and reading the NZZ while taxiing in BOM. The tube light above me kept flashing in a strange way as if there was a short circuit... the lead article in the NZZ was all about the final report on the tragic events that led to the LX111 crash in 1998
... kept looking at the light and wondered if the swiss had already implemented all the recommendations
