There is no lockdown in Sweden and there hasn’t been. There is some strong advice - that the majority are reportedly following though.
BA have between 1-3 flights a week until early December, and Sweden remains open for business.
For the OP, SAS are supposedly running a daily flight but I’d only even think of booking them a couple of days ahead as their schedule is click bait - they pretend to run stuff, then cancel and you have to chargeback to get any refund. The onboard product with SAS Ireland is also awful, so best to use BA if you can.
