Germany - Lockdown "light" between Nov 2-30, hotels closed for tourism

Germany will have a "lockdown light" from Nov 2 until Nov 30. Light means that schools, kindergartens, retailers, and essential services remain open.
Measures:
- Contacts in private and public can occur between not more than 10 persons which may come from no more than two households
- Private travel and family visits are discouraged
- Hotels will not be allowed to accept guests for tourism purposes.
- Restaurants, bars, and clubs must shut down except for takeout/delivery
- Retailers (grocery stores) and essential services remin open with restrictions on the number of patrons allowed concurrently
- Concerts, cultural events, movie theaters, casinos, amusement parks etc. must close
- Sports clubs and such are shut down except for professional level; individual sports such as cycling outside remains ok
- Schools and kindergartens remain open
- Businesses are supposed to encourage home office work
- Religious services may continue subject to current restrictions
- Once again, travel is only allowed for important reasons such as necessary business trips; hotel accommodation and such is not possible for tourists
