I dont know why transportation, in this case, would not qualify. Its seems specifically advertised as the resorts own yacht. Its not apparent its a 3rd party such as the seaplanes operated by TMA. Here is what it says;
"A shared return transfer on the resort’s yacht is US $600 subject to 23.2% tax and service charge per adult, Children aged 6 to 11.99 charged at US$300 subject to 23.2% tax and service charge with complimentary transfer for children below 5.99 for the year 2020 from Velana International Airport, Male."
I *believe* the dive price list had another company logo on it, which made it obvious it was a 3rd party.
